Chatmeter continues to innovate making it a great product for our customers
What do you like best? Having all of our customers' reviews roll up to one dashboard and being able to slice and dice the information in so many ways as well as benchmarking against competitors. What do you like best? Pulse and sentiment tracking in addition to ease of us within each dashboard. What do you dislike? No downsides to report! An added plus to this platform would be the implementation of escalation processes. Great product and helpful people.
What do you like best? Chatmeter gives me a clear picture of the reputation of our 40 branches nationwide as well as other features that I continue to learn about almost every day. Power suite of insights found nowhere else.
What do you like best? I like the ability to roll up reviews, rankings, and local SEO listings onto one platform. The ability to bulk respond to reviews with a wide range of templates and tools is also awesome. Lastly, Chatmeter collects and curates the Insights analytics from all of our Google My Business profiles. Helps streamline review and response
What do you like best? I love being able to login once and have all reviews on one platform. What do you dislike? I would like to see a few more filters be added to the reviews tab. Delivers as promised
What do you like best? We initially found appeal in the listings management for Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc, but quickly found additional value in the ability to manage and respond to reviews and social media content as well.
