What do you like best? Chatmeter makes it so easy to reply to reviews. What do you dislike? I have no complaints about chatmeter at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easy to miss reviews but chatmeter makes it impossible.

Great Tool, makes my job 10 times easier to see everything in one screen.

What do you like best? Chat meter has reports and breakdowns of reviews left. This has been a huge help in my daily job, it is nice to see the spreadsheets on what was reported and what can be improved. My staff has access to view and respond at anytime. This also helps my corporate office and ownership to see what we are being reviewed on. What do you dislike? First time I have ever used it and will recommend to others in my industry. Convenient and Beneficial!

What do you like best? I like that we are notified via email about reviews, both good and bad, so we can respond in a timely manner What do you dislike? I do not find any downsides to chatmeter What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can hear about resident issues in a timely manner and address them expediently, often times changing their opinion of our community and staff

I like that you can respond and see reviews right away. It is very easy to get in touch with a guest

Easy stress free way to upgrade Customer Service.

What do you like best? That I can check 1 website for all of my reviews. What do you dislike? I do not have anything that I dislike about the service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Usually, I do not have the flexibility of time check serval websites and respond to every single lead in a timely manner, but with Chatmeter I have the ease of logging into 1 website for all my needs.
