Chatmeter has been an incredibly tool enabling us to interact with guests about their experiences.

What do you like best? We are notified immediately when a guest places a review and we are able to easily and efficiently access the review and respond. What do you dislike? Haven’t noticed any dislikes thus far using chatmeter :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Any issue that arises with a guests experience we are notified promptly and are able to assess the situation and respond according through chatmeter.
