What do you like best about Chatlio? It integrates directly with Slack which allows us to field live chats in the same platform we're already collaborating internally as a company. "It has been quite good, since it is quite easy to use"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Slack integration works quite well. Slack editing means real time update on already sent messages. In general it has been easy to use from both sides of people using Chatlio. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Warning that 2 slack operators have been on the slack chat channel What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? More users have been able to ping us quickly without having to reach us via email.
