What do you like best about Chargebee? Customers can update their own billing information and/or contact information securely online. What do you dislike about Chargebee? I'm pretty satisfied, but I would like some additional features that fit my specific business needs. What problems is Chargebee solving and how is that benefiting you? Automatic e-mail notifications really save me time by not having to notify a customer that their payment was declined.

I like the respoinsiveness of support and that they keep improving the portal. What do you dislike about Chargebee? Some of the settings menus aren't super intuitive. What do you like best about Chargebee? We work with a wide variety of payment methods and Chargebee has options for us to record all of them. Our biggest challenge in choosing a tool was being able to not only record subscriptions automatically but also track subscriptions with a manual bank transfer payment. What do you like best about Chargebee? My favorite part of Chargebee is the flexibility of the billing system and the ability to customize it for our company's needs. Secondly, access to support when needed is quick and painless. What do you dislike about Chargebee? The best thing is the Revenue story dashboard where you can find automatically generated statistics of how your subscription business is performing with many important KPIs, like Churn (monthly. quarterly, yearly estimated), CLV, revenue by geographies, by plan types, product stickiness, and so on.
