Details are critical and ChargeBee gets them right

What do you like best? ChargeBee nails the details. Product loves it, developers love it, and most importantly: our customers seem to love it! Good documentation, great UX/UI, fantastic support, easy to manage and set up. What do you dislike? JSON did not carry over when we ported from Test to Live, meaning there was a lot of copying and pasting of JSON back into Plans. I think ChargeBee has potential but needs work

I think ChargeBee has potential, but it needs work and seems like it is in BETA stage right now and is definitely not a simple out of the box solution for business owners. Great features and support

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We use Stripe to process payments and Chargbee works smoothly with it. We are able to accept PayPal now which has increased our customer base and international users are now visiting and using our website. Integration was simple and the vendor provides excellent customer support. This is a big plus for Chargebee as many other vendors do not care about providing good customer support after integration. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that it is easy to configure the hosting of customer portal and checkout pages. There is limited need for customization and API expertise. Chargebee is a plug and play system that is intuitive, so it is easy to learn and use.
