Customer service sucks

Customer service sucks. I have been trying to get my gateway account set up properly for weeks with Chargebee but they will only communicate with me through email. They refuse to let me speak with a live agent and customer service number sends me straight to voicemail. I’m at my wits end!

What do you like best? Reliability. Setting up these systems can take a bit of time when done right. Like Chargebee, the best services are the ones that do not require constant maintenance and troubleshooting when new features or updates are released. Chargebee has never had a glitch.
