What do you like best about Chargebee? The ease of use and support has been the best. What do you dislike about Chargebee? The initial sales process almost put us off with various offers and incentives, however we have now built the trust and want to continue to work with Chargebee. What problems is Chargebee solving and how is that benefiting you? Invoicing our SAAS business customers directly and automating the payment collections. We have saved time from preparing the invoices manually.

In particular, their webhook handling and reporting seems really good - it's very easy to see what was sent, and to replay messages if needed. What do you dislike about Chargebee?
