"Really streamlined our accounting"

What do you like best about Chargebee? The fact that it links to the card provider Stripe and DD provider Gocardless and in doing so cuts out a lot of admin work as it automatically requests payments and when they sometimes fail, it retries. What do you dislike about Chargebee? I think it would be better if they offered a greater variety of plans for their invoice total allowance. When you exceed the amount you can invoice on your plan, you pay a higher rate but if the next plan jump is too ...

What do you like best about Chargebee? I really like the time machine. It speeds up integration considerably and is also great for checking if changes are doing what you expect. Overall, chargebee has the features we need but like any off the shelf software, customization can be limited at times so sometimes we have to change to fit the chargebee workflow instead of changing the chargebee workflow to fit us. What do you like best about Chargebee? Great system and support / customer service, would highly recommend Chargebee, regular new updates and a great easy to use UI with great visual UX. Too many invoices, and sometimes once a subscription is canceled I have to do multiple refunds, different amounts in order to achieve a complete refund. What do you like best about Chargebee? That we can enter information to the re-occurring charge set-up to signify how to allocate the charges processed each month. What do you dislike about Chargebee? nothing that comes to mind, it is easy to use What problems is Chargebee solving and how is that benefiting you? We weren't able to charge donors monthly but chargebee does that for us. the set up was easy and it processes each month for us.
