Terrible Customer Support and Reporting Unreliable

What do you like best? Software works well for billing and invoicing but reporting is a real issue. Also a lot of bugs in Revenue Story. What do you dislike? Customer Support are very slow and do not know how to escalate issues. Revenue recognition reporting is absolutely awful and terribly unreliable. What do you like best? I wanted to delete this review. But G2 doesnt allow me to do it. Editing is allowed. So the edit What do you dislike? Flexible, reliable, excellent service

What do you like best? Customer service is fantastic, also for technical questions.. What do you dislike? Invoiced revenue percentage based pricing model. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Invoices are always sent out on time. Customes can change plan at any time and will receive prorated charges.

Great system to handle all of our auto billing for our SaaS company

What do you like best? The auto billing and dunning features are the main ones we use. What do you dislike? nothing that I can think of except for if it could be more cost efficient as I do not like that we pay a percentage of our revenue. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? handling all of our auto-charging, invoicing, and billing needs.

What do you like best? Automation, automation, automation. From invoicing to dunning to customer notifications, we set it and forget it on 90% of our processes. Chargebee is laid out in such a way that makes it easy to manage the financial relationships with our customers. I have continuously worked with their development team to resolve issues associated with using an integration that doesn't align with their stated documentation.
