What do you like best? Being able to manage all our subscribers, plans and add-ons in one areas is great. Plug in the payment gateway options and it's a seem less experience. What do you dislike? Amazing platform!
What do you like best? I love Chargebee because it's easy to use and navigate through different menus, it's absolutely insane how easy is to modify, cancel or re-start your users' subscriptions! The tracking, churn rates, revenue history, they're all really helpful to us to figure out what we need to work on internally. Highly recommended! Great Credit Card Charging Platform
What do you like best? Its customized, so you can set up your subscriptions the way you want to. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are errors integrating with the payment gateways. What do you like best? Chargebee is very flexible and covers many use cases. They're constantly adding exciting new features. What do you dislike? The pricing model is a bit frustrating (based on a % of our revenue What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Best companion for SAAS companies
What do you like best? Our team loves using Chargebee as it allows us to focus on our business and removes the pain of invoicing, charging, managing redunds, discounts, etc. What do you dislike? I do not have anything to report. I think i should be able to leave this one empty. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can spend our time on selling and managing our accounts instead of spending time dealing with administrative tasks.

Easy setup, easy charging customers
What do you like best? The setup is easy and not complicated stuff. Try what you need in test mode and then just switch over to live and start charging. What do you dislike? no multi pdf invoice export (export all invoices as pdf from the last month. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try everything you want to do in test mode and check if all you want behaves that way you expect. What do you like best? The product has flexibility and features you didn’t know you needed until the requirement pops up. Support are great! What do you dislike? A great platform to build your SaaS business on.
What do you like best? I really love that as our company has gown Chargebee has had all the features we needed. It integrates with all our payment gateways, Salesforce.com and our Xero our accounting system. What do you dislike?
