Amazing experience

What do you like best? Chargebee is very feature-full. We've encountered only very few cases where we wanted to do something Chargebee did not allow, and even then, their amazing support stepped in to help What do you dislike? Even though a lot of payment gateways are supported, not every payment method of each gateway is supported. What do you like best? Five star support, Chargebee support is always very responsive and helpful! What do you dislike? The tools can have some limitations, for example in our case we get the invoice calculation right but the way we implemented it implies that the information displayed on the invoice can be a bit confusing. Best thing I could find!

What do you like best? That we don't get charged until we reach a set threshold. That was really helpful when just starting our membership offerings, because many companies want fees, or were tethered to other companies just a Strip. We didn't want to have to change so many things to offer a monthly membership, so we kept searching. We wanted to find something reliable, and that was still connected to PayPal. Great platform for powering B2C subscriptions

What do you like best? We were initially attracted by the price as the other platforms were targeting b2b services and priced unreasonably for a use case such as hours, however we've been impressed with the teams responsiveness and feature velocity.
