Support is pretty slow and unresponsive during hours their office is not operating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The layout, easy to use, a comprehensive and easy way to find out all the details about a customer What do you dislike? The tool is a bit slow and takes time to download What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? very easy to get set up and a reasonable price for small businesses. What do you dislike? Dashboard and general analysis isn't the best. Will require 3rd party tools. Very Good

What do you like best? It allows me to check on my accounts' balance transparently. It also allows me to keep track of what is due from my clients and when. It is also synced with most of the software we work with for even more visibility. I can have slack notifications about due billing and chargebee picks up the number of subscriptions automatically from our software. It's a good software. A great software even. What do you dislike? Maybe reporting could be a little better ...

Great Platform

What do you like best? The platform is easy to use and data can be found easily just using adequate details.
