Great tool for startups billing

What do you like best? I think it has a really easy way to create new customers and subscriptions. Very helpful to organise invoicing with no hassle. What do you dislike? I don't think there are any downsides at the minute honestly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use and customer support is fantastic!

What do you like best? We are a SaaS business and switched to Chargebee so that we could easily manage customers who paid via credit card (autopay) and those who paid via check or wire transfer. We can take care of all billing transactions in one place. The interface is easy to navigate and use and the customer support is outstanding if we ever run into situations where we need help.
