Great solution for SaaS billing platforms
What do you like best? Their hosted checkout pages make setup and implementation a breeze. We were able to implement Chargebee into our application with 1 Engineer in about 1 week, a fraction of the time it would have taken for other solutions, with zero design resources needed. What do you dislike? The interface can sometimes be a little clunky and unintuitive. I also wish there were a few more customization options for the hosted checkout to change copy/display. Great but not good
What do you like best? Ease of payment collection was great as it seamlessly integrated with Stripe. Setting up and general management of the subscriptions and plans were relatively easy. What do you dislike? The billing cycles are not as flexible as Chergebee would like one to believe and changing plan pricing requires you to cancel the client subscription and resubscribe it the client fofore it takes affect. What do you like best? Easy to use interface and reports that allow us to stay on top of our subscriptions. What do you dislike? Chargebee has changed the Build or Buy decision for subscription invoicing
What do you like best? Very nice and thought through product, with sensible defaults and enough customisation options. What do you dislike? Lots of interlocking features that define the behaviour. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We migrated our home-build Subscription management, invoicing and payment in only a few days.

Great API, documentation and support
What do you like best? Probably the support - any issue is responded to very quickly What do you dislike? Sometimes it was a bit tricky to fit our business model into a fixed subscription service. E.g. our Trial plan works differently to ChargeBee's. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've completely changed the way our business works - the benefits are that anyone in our company can view subscriptions, invoices easily.

Solid, timely support from a modern product
What do you like best? The support is always pretty fast and 90% of the time is of a high standard. The Chargebee employee's i've engaged with have a pleasant manner and are very approachable to all and any questions posted to them. The product is modern with a well-documented API.
