What do you like best about CertifID? Sending out our wiring instructions to customers has become so much more simplified! That's not even the best feature! Retrieving wiring instructions for seller proceeds or realtor commissions is great! You get notified that they have been CertifID, and their wiring is right there in the portal! What do you like best about CertifID? I love how easy this program is to use and the quick responses to questions. It gives our business the added security we need to send and recieve wiring information. What do you dislike about CertifID? It is a bit difficult that we cannot send instructions if the person on the receiving end doesn't have or want to provide a cell phone number or direct phone line to verify through. What do you like best about CertifID? I like how you are notified immediately when someone completes the request. This allows us and our accounting department to better serve the customer by releasing the wire faster. What do you dislike about CertifID? What do you like best about CertifID? There is nothing more valuable than telling your client that their money is protected and insured with all the cybercrime going on. What do you dislike about CertifID? I wish that the client's side of things were easier. I don't see that side but I have a lot of clients who struggle with the app. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Building clients confidence that their money is protected.

What do you like best about CertifID? I was at a total loss for my first two transactions. Then I watched the video, and it all made sense. My third transaction went so smoothly that I thought I missed something! It was so easy for the customer and myself! What do you dislike about CertifID?
