What do you like best about CertifID? I was at a total loss for my first two transactions. Then I watched the video, and it all made sense. My third transaction went so smoothly that I thought I missed something! It was so easy for the customer and myself! What do you dislike about CertifID? I am unsure as to how to explain it to the customer. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Each transaction gets easier.

Recommendations to others considering CertifID: Their customer service is superb! I believe it's well worth the cost to help in avoiding wire fraud. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Love having the customers enter in their own bank information and that CertifID will give the wire routing number

"CertifID - Easy to Use"

What do you like best about CertifID? I like that CertifID is easy to use and provides comfort in knowing we are transmitting wiring information in a secure manner to prevent wire fraud. What do you dislike about CertifID? Not a dislike but rather an improvement opportunity would be to allow us to send wiring instructions out from certifID via the wire integration in ResWare instead of users having to go outto the portal to do that. Same with confirming wiring instructions. What problems is ...

"Absolute Necessity!"

What do you like best about CertifID? Sending 100's of wires a month is never an easy thing to do. Having CERTIFID on your side and being protected by a team that will help you out is one of the best feelings!! What do you dislike about CertifID? What do you like best about CertifID? Safe, secure, and fast. The fact our clients don't have any technical issues is a definite plus. What do you dislike about CertifID? The integration piece with AIM+ (our escrow accounting software) has had some glitches, but they are working on them and we hopefully have them solved. Recommendations to others considering CertifID: Takes the headache of worrying about wire fraud away. Also make sure that you are communicating to your clients both ...

What do you like best about CertifID? CertifID is easy to use. I feel comfortable with the security. What do you dislike about CertifID? When I am trying to send the wire instructions to a LLC, It doesn't like the info What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? The way we send our customers our wiring instructions. I have a feeling of everything being secure.

What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure our wire instructions and the customers are sent seucrely.

What do you like best about CertifID? User friendly and ease of use. Customers seem to be able to maunver it easily. What do you dislike about CertifID? Yearly cost recently implemented.
