What do you like best about CertifID? I appreciate the ease of submitting a request for information to people. It asks for specific information but its kept to a minimum. It is easy for us to explain to our clients what to expect and they have had success using it. The fact that we can now search for loan payoff banking information is even better! What do you like best about CertifID? Being able to verify wiring instructions with our customers securely. The upside is the transaction is insured so in the slim chance there is wire fraud we as a company are covered but most importantly our customers are covered! What do you dislike about CertifID? "PROCESS STREAMLINES WIRING INSTRUCTION PROCESS"

What do you like best about CertifID? It streamlines the process and makes sending/receiving wiring details a lot easier. I like that it's all controlled within the ProForm/SoftPro software. I like the follow-up CertifID provides once the steps are complete. It is quite user friendly. I appreciate having additional identity-checks in place to assist our transactions. What do you like best about CertifID? How user friendly it is, love the walk through videos. What do you dislike about CertifID? There is no option for spanish version for hispanic clients. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? Stopping fraud from happening in the closing proes. It secures the buyer's investment.
