What do you like best about CertifID? I like that i know it's secure. It's easy to use. and you can ceritfy payoffs! Overall user friendly and helpful in may different aspects. "Easy and Safe Wire Instructions"

What do you like best about CertifID? It's super easy to use and it keeps our clients safe. I've never had a client not able to safely receive wire instructions. What do you dislike about CertifID? Honestly, I can't think of anything. The only issue I ever had was a payoff verification. But I received a phone call from a CSR and they were able to help me. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? It protects our clients by securely sending them our wire instructions.

What do you like best about CertifID? They are thorough and work hard to return money that fraudsters have stolen. Sometimes with out even getting paid or getting paid very minimal. What do you like best about CertifID? Payoff Assist was a game-changer. First in our area to utilize and second in our state. A time saver, for one, to verify new wire instructions, loan number, etc., took up to an hour per payoff. Now it only takes a few minutes to load information into CertifID Payoff Assist for verification. The bonus is getting the wire insured by CertifID!
