What do you like best about Cerner? Note writing is easy and it looking through old notes is user friendly What do you dislike about Cerner? The user interface leaves a lot to be desired. Navigation is difficult and frustrating at times What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it as EHR. It’s helpful to look through past medical history

"I love this straightforward system to chart on patients."

What do you like best about Cerner? Each profession’s notes are well organized and easy to find to determine each patient’s conditions. What do you dislike about Cerner? I can’t think of anything to improve this electronic medical record. What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? We worked on methods to better implement delivery of supplements to patients using Cerner as a way to hold nurses accountable to deliver them and record delivery.

What do you like best about Cerner? I really appreciate the ease of navigating patient lists as well as the organization of the labs and ability to pre-save templates. The spell check is very convenient when looking back over notes/patient charts. What do you dislike about Cerner? I have struggled with being able to save and design pre-completed notes. I haven't been able to save any pre-completed note templates, so it forces me to use the generic templates that are provided. The system ...

What do you like best about Cerner? Cerner software is difficult to search and use as documentation for our emergency department patients. It doesn’t flow well. What do you dislike about Cerner? Hard to flow in documenting an assessment. The search for items is difficult. What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? I’m not sure

Describe the project or task Cerner helped with: The company is one of the more competent providers of EHR, Pharmacy, claims management solutions for large hospital systems I have delt with. They have top notch customer support and normally don't require long waiting times to provide it. What do you like best about Cerner? The nurses routine notes are quick to fill out. The flow of the note is easy to follow making daily charting easy to keep up with. What do you dislike about Cerner? I would like the notes to tie in with physician orders and care plan. That way you could update both while completing your routine note. Currently I have to type order in my summary of routine note than after that is completed I have to go into order section of chart and enter order again. I ...
