What do you like best about Cerner? I love the ability to run several different programs at the same time without having to remember several different passwords What do you dislike about Cerner? I’m still new to this system so at this point everything is great What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? The main benefit I have noticed and love is how the different systems actually talk to each other and make my job so much easier to do!

What do you like best about Cerner? I like how streamlined the scheduling book is for our hospital patients and that we can see old orders and appointments to better care for them. What do you dislike about Cerner? I dislike that you can't hardly print any information. We aren't paperless and need orders to do our job. We also can uncancel order or print ones that were accurate but have to reorder whole new orders which results in cancellations and reschedules on daily basis. I should be ...

"Adequate but very time consuming!"

What do you like best about Cerner? It was very thorough. This EHR leaves out absolutely nothing. What do you dislike about Cerner? Medics documentation using cerner was incredibly time consuming. It would take 45 minutes to an hour to finish documentation for 1 patient. It was almost impossible to get through everything in an ER setting. What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? Proper documentation.

What do you like best about Cerner? How organized everything can be in relation to other departments of our facility. What do you dislike about Cerner? There is a lack of support from Cerner when troubleshooting. So much of what we’ve been successful in, we have done so on our own. What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? Lot cleaner workflow and standardization of care. Continuity from the offices to our main facility have been phenomenal.

What do you like best about Cerner? Used in an ER setting. Easy to learn and kept track of orders and patients well. What do you dislike about Cerner? Downtime is complicated and complex. Difficult for staff to learn and roll with. What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? EHR, patient tracking

What do you like best about Cerner? Easy to use, and clear charting directions What do you dislike about Cerner? constant down time/updates mailing it difficult to have access to cerner when needed. What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been locked out of my account multiple times where i needed to call and reset the password

What do you like best about Cerner? I am very used to the format and layout, it is easy to navigate and very obvious to learn. What do you dislike about Cerner? The speed of updates is quite slow. The sifting of documents does not have efficient filters. Recommendations to others considering Cerner: Highly recommended What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? Cerner needs to slowly have programs to extract data for research.

What do you like best about Cerner? I enjoy the program Cerner because you are able to do multiple things on it. I enjoy being able to see all of the patients medical history. What do you dislike about Cerner? If I had a critique for Cerner, it would be that it can work rather slow at times and takes a while to refresh. What problems is Cerner solving and how is that benefiting you? On the business end it makes medication delivery quick and easy. It has helped staff tremendously.
