What do you like best about Celonis? It's very easy to spin up and create new process models. Great visualisation capability with Studio and Views. The Action Engine and Action Flow functionality makes Celonis unique and allows us to monitor inflight processes really well. What do you dislike about Celonis? What do you like best about Celonis? Celonis enables us to visualize and benchmark our processes to quickly identify inefficiencies. The tool is flexible and easy to use. What do you dislike about Celonis? The tools lacks structured documentation; I'd need a clear description of the different types of applications, user profiles and rights for example without having to watch a video. What problems is Celonis solving and how is that benefiting you? Just starting! Still too early to tell.
