If you have lots of time to set it up yourself it has great potential
What do you like best? I like the modern look and features of the ATS. It is also very price friendly per user. What do you dislike? Very little help in setting up the process for our workflow and pressured to upload data without testing workflows and that info is correct. Very high pressured move fast sell. Good platform with a lot of potential
What do you like best? Ceipal has all the features that are required for recruiters and HR people to use within one application. The ease of having all applicants in one place is a great way to find someone easily for the posted job. The fact that you can assign jobs to people within the team makes it easy to keep a check on who is working on what requirement. What do you dislike? I am not happy with the workflow. The Best Tool for Recruitment
What do you like best? Time-Saving, Resume Search module and parsing of a candidate's resumes. What do you dislike? The user Interface part is not in the Applicant search module. Recommendations to others considering the product: Please change the UI part in the resume search module. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time-Saving and Increased production.
