What do you like best? AI Search, Email merges, Integrated Search , Dashboard options. What do you dislike? can't do Applicant Searching with phone number, mail merge limited to 100 applicants only What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits that I have realized are Integrated search , AI Search , features like black listing candidates from email merges , viewing my recruitment activity in details and analyzing them.

Overall my experience with Ceipal has quite good now. Apart from few shortcomings that I faced now.

What do you like best? It has all the options starting from sourcing, job posting to interviews and on boarding. It is an easy to use platform and also allows us to make a track record of our candidates, daily submissions, interviews and on boarding. Whenever we set an interviews on Ceipal it gives an option to add it in our calendar as well which ends up giving a popup notification few mins before the interviews so that we can remind the candidates regarding his particular slot of ...

What do you like best? I will definitely recommend Ceipal .Its very helpful in terms of saving and keeping track of our work . Can save all our resumes without worrying to loose any. What do you like best? It's very cost effective compared to other ATS systems. What do you dislike? It's not the most intuitive. Some of the features are a little clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to keep all of our data in one spot and it's very easy to pull reports.
