The best feature I like the most is, every resume view from job portals are directly stored into internal database. I have used ATS like Job Diva, Bullhorn, Maxhire and Ceipal is by far the best one. What do you like best? Ceipal is integrated with all top job boards like Dice, CB, Monster, Techfetch and also has great option to do email merges. Ceipal also has internal database which has tons of resumes migrated from all the job boards. What do you dislike?
