CEIPAL User Friendly

What do you like best? We can do email merges, shortlisting candidates, get interview updates and can track all the activities from submission to placement What do you dislike? Little bit slow to load resumes, but it is best ATS What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting very good candidates from multiple portals. We are now placing consultants quicker to earlier.

Best ATS Platform for Recruiter

What do you like best? Ceipal is used for finding the perfect candidates for job opportunities. It is used to track the submissions, interviews, hires, on-boarding, job posting, e-interviews, email merges, etc.This tool is quite useful when using the email integration option. I m glad that I got a chance to work on Ceipal, after joining Avani, in Dec 2019.

What do you like best? As a recruiter, In one view can see candidate history like, previous notes, name, location, contact Info etc. Internal DB helps to send a "Bulk emails" of our stored candidates. What do you dislike? I think, if the candidate is emailed today or a particular day, then it should reflect in Ceipal, should that other recruiter from same team will not email the same candidate for the same position.
