PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is an amazing tool when it comes to back up of data and recovery of the same. I can back up data in my home computer and access it when I am away from that computer. All I need is to be connected to the internet and as such I can access my data which was updated or backed up into Carbonite. The product has a backup feature, which allows you to back up all your data into the system and retrieve it whenever a need arises. A painful experience, especially during restores

What do you like best? The best part about this software is how easy it is to set up. You simply choose the folders and files that you want on the cloud, and it will automatically upload them whenever they are changed. It's a nice system, and was one of the first that could back up to the cloud in this way. What do you dislike? Fairly reliable and customizable

What do you like best? The ease to create and change backup sets. It works on large and small servers with out much difficulty. What do you dislike? It has tripped off on us and has not backed up records we needed backed up. We have set up confirmations on a 20 or so servers, and it would be nice if they had a web -based interface that we could check the backup status of all our servers. What do you like best? I've been using Carbonite for years. It's a great way to keep my important files backed-up off-site. What do you dislike? I don't like that disconnected drives will be deleted after 30 days. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Backup all files.

What do you like best? Ease of use. Success rate of backups, not many failures, and usually any failures are due to service on servers needing startup. What do you dislike?
