What do you like best about Capsule CRM? I like that it tabs the recent searches or accounts I looked at. It's cleaner looking than salesforce. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? It's hard to navigate and get a grasp of when first starting out. It is also somewhat hard to segment certain groups. Recommendations to others considering Capsule CRM: Get to know it back to front. What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule has all the elements I need for my small business to function well, and these elements are organized clearly in an incredibly easy-to-navigate system. What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Very easy product to get set up, continuous innovation from the company means great new features.
