What do you like best about Capsule CRM? I like how the task, case, and track features gives each of our employees the ability to see exactly where we are with each client without wondering who has done what. By looking at "notes," I can see who has last called a client and what needs to be done next. It needs some improvements but it is highly functional for our businesses
PROS: I like that within Capsule I can create detailed customer databse for each contact and company with thorough profile. I can contact them through email and import contacts from previous systems. CONS: They could make the software more automatic, there are still some things that we have to do manually. Also, i’d like to see feature that would allow me to export and re-import contacts by using contact’S ID, a feature to spot and correct duplicate entries, more features for its search engine.

With Capsule all things are simple
PROS: Capsule has great set of features and powerful integration with Google App. Features I like most are contact management, tracking features like (making calls, mails, arranging meetings), selling and creating workflow and even the reporting feature that has great ROI, income and seeling options. In addition, there are great integrations with social networks, mails and services. CONS: I don’t have dislikes about this system, everything works great.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule is a great CRM for a new business not looking to spend money. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Not a great dashboard, and requires quite a bit of work to set up. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales increasing

Easy to use CRM tool
PROS: Capsule allows me to create detailed customer database for each of the contacts and companies with detailed profiles. "Really excellent 'entry level' CRM, very easy to start using"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Simplicity: Parties, Tasks, Cases, Opportunities... that's it. By being so simple it's immediately effective. There is really very little to learn in order to start using it effectively. From first sign-up to productive within the hour is a good expectation. "Excellent CRM for Google mail users"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Very tight integration directly in Google mail, combined with clean, uncluttered stands alone app make this a very efficient crm too for startups and small companies. "Near prefect on-line CRM soltion for small teams"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? I was looking for a CRM solution like this for near a year. What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule was easy to customize for our use case, and tagging feature was particularly helpful. For first time users, it was fairly intuitive after a brief introduction. It integrated easily with our email as well. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?
