No problems at all. The benefits it can give to the user or consumer accuracy of the data's needed.

Capsule is very user friendly as well as being capable of managing many project opportunities. The only thing I wish it has was the ability to import opportunities not just generic data, however who knows this might happen in the near future. We have been using this for 3 years and would advise.
