A great CRM for my business
A great CRM for my business, never any issues and always on hand to help if needed. I only use the basics functions for now but there is a lot more I am sure I can benefit from. Good Job Capsule team.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Easy to create lead, add lead, delete in simple you can easy put different leads with different stages which help us to differentiate between hot & cold leads. Easy tk create pipeline & follow up. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Some time bugs causes laging of crm, they should add popup or remainder for your task on screen which help us to follow the lead on time & get your work done easily. Capsule is by far the best application…
Capsule is by far the best application I have used to help me manage all areas of my business. Capsule allows me to capture the organisations I interact with, track, prioritise and schedule my daily tasks, identify and follow with my sales prospects (and provide me with the projected potential earnings), as well allow me to see the progression of my individual Projects all from the one interface. "Capsule CRM: Great tool to start with"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? - Document storage and chat integration is the best, which I haven't found in other tools of similar pricing. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? - I think the interface could have been better. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? - I used to sell bank policies to the customers and target them for different offers.
