My thoughts on Capsule

I have used Capsule for a number of years now, during my work life so far, I have used a multiple number of CRM systems, Capsules platform is easy to use and has plenty of "add on" data so you can really tailor this off the shelf package to be quite bespoke. The guys in support are also great and very quick to respond to any issues you may have. The tools available make it easy for a sales team, or an individual, to maximise their efforts, along with some great visuals for anyone managing ...

Shout out to Capsule Support, especially Josef and Jade! I was unfamiliar with Capsule and needed to blend and filter several databases for a mailing. They really stuck with me, over several days, different time zones and many screen recordings until my issue was resolved.

PROS: Capsule provides us with powerful features and the integration with Google App is very useful.
