It has streamlined so many processes. Everyone on our team now knows exactly where everything lives and can access it themselves. Before we just had a dropbox account that everyone accessed under the same generic login. There was no accountability of oversight. Now were are able to track any changes that are made, easily collaborate, and get what we need, when we need it.

Canto has been an excellent choice for us. It is so easy to use, customizable and has everything we need in more. We are building out portals and sharing files so easily now. Night and day transformation from our shared drive.

Canto has exceeded my expectations

What do you like best? It's so easy to use and has so many functionalities. It's just so easy to customize. Implementation was easy as well. What do you dislike? The only bad thing I can say about Canto was our implementations specialist wasn't the best. She was helpful and messaged a lot, but in meetings, it was hard to get her to focus and she seemed a little all over the place or repeating what she already said. A Good DAM Solution

Interface is very intuitive. There is a really good balance between having a turnkey solution and beling able to customize things. Custom tags and multiple ways of tagging assets was my biggest priority. There were a few solutions that provided more customization, but would've required more oversight as well. What do you like best? - Ability to add multiple users with different editing levels, so some people can just download images but not edit them, etc. - Organizing albums into folders and being able to upload the same image into multiple albums What do you dislike? Great asset management

What do you like best? As an administrator, I don't have to keep up with updates of the software or troubleshoot why something has stopped working. We used Cumulus for years, and they took the best features and simplified it into Canto. It may be simpler, but has all the features we need. Creating Portals for our consumers is easy. What do you like best? How easy it is to navigate and organize our files, and it keeps their original image quality. What do you dislike? It can be a bit slow to load images causing hiccups at times What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like Canto because I can search the graphic that I need, without choosing the type of file -- just in case I find other types of images, or videos that I want. But, I can ALSO search a particular file type, too. It is very flexible in that way. Additionally, some photos need to be accessed by certain departments, and not others. What do you like best? I appreciate the ease of use within the library, everything can be easily organized and have a place.
