A great software for organizing digital assets

What do you like best? The search tool is great and has recently integrated smart tagging which I love. What do you dislike? My only challenge currently is that our previews of the images are not clear as the original, so it's sometimes difficult to assess quality. What do you like best? Canto has an excellent set of features that help us manage our brand a little bit closer. The beautifully laid out portals are great for our other locations to be able to download without having to email us directly. The style guide brings clarity to the correct use of the brand to those who might not know. Canto Is A Great Asset management Tool

What do you like best? I really like the version control options on each file so you can cut down on the amount of files stores and make them easier to find. Also portals are really handy for clients What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes it is very glitchy and it also logs me off periodically and I have to sign back in What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving asset management problems and file sharing and storage

We use Canto Photo Library and I am impresses by it' ease of use and ability to tag photos and add metadata. The only thing I would change is that people using the same upload link can see other peoples submissions. Other than that an excellent product.

Canto has exceeded my expectations

What do you like best? It's so easy to use and has so many functionalities. It's just so easy to customize. Implementation was easy as well. What do you dislike? The only bad thing I can say about Canto was our implementations specialist wasn't the best. She was helpful and messaged a lot, but in meetings, it was hard to get her to focus and she seemed a little all over the place or repeating what she already said. What do you like best? Its ease of use, even for our sales force. Easy setup and is takes nothing to navigate it, very straight forward, love it! What do you dislike? Two Thumbs up for Canto!

My favorite thing about Canto is it's ease of use. It reminds me of iTunes a bit, there are several ways to search for assets which make it very easy for users to locate assets. I come from a background of keywords and tags and appreciate the way it is laid out in Canto and as an administrator I also love the reporting aspect, specifically the metadata activity metrics. What do you like best? As an administrator, I don't have to keep up with updates of the software or troubleshoot why something has stopped working. We used Cumulus for years, and they took the best features and simplified it into Canto. It may be simpler, but has all the features we need. Creating Portals for our consumers is easy.
