Amazing Organization - Poor sharing/downloading options

What do you like best? Ability to organize through nesting folders, and multiple sort options. What do you dislike? In order to download or share photos, you have to go through a few clicks and a laggy process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All pictures are easily accessible anywhere and backed up digitally.

What do you like best? I like the ability to search for different projects by name and get a sense of what projects are able to be shared publicly and in what context. What do you dislike? I dislike that it can get messy fast if the project owners do not upload the correct information or tag things incorrectly. My company uses Canto mainly as a tool for storing images online for us all to access at any point. It is a truly remarkable and trustworthy tool that definitely makes collaborating a hell of a lot easier!

Canto makes Digital Asset Management a Breeze! Canto makes it easy to share our images, videos, and designs with vendors and customers. The initial onboarding did take some time and there was a learning curve to get used to using Canto. However, Canto is a much better solution than having our files scattered in various places such as dropbox, email, and messenger apps.

Using Canto as our DAM

We've been using Canto as our main DAM for about a year now, and we've absolutely loved it. Whenever we have a question, it gets answered quickly. Anytime we have a suggestion, it gets taken seriously and sometimes even incorporated in their next update. It's a great system and pretty easy to learn how to use (though there is some training required). Honestly, very few qualms!

Why Canto?

The best feature about Canto is the ability of linking external websites like Dropbox. This made life a lot easier. Dropbox filtering and loading speeds are frustrating. Canto eliminates all that frustration! One thing I do not like about Canto is the navigation. My very first time attempting to Upload a Link to allow outsiders to share files to your Canto library. However, I had to dig around for it. It later occurred to me that you can find this feature in your settings option. I think ...
