It’s no exaggeration to say that Canto is My Hero right now! We finished migrating our assets and started using Canto just a few weeks before our US team was ordered to work from home due to the Coronavirus (our international team has already gone through this). Strong option for a DAM
What do you like best? The customer service when working with Canto has been fantastic, with the team very responsive to all our questions and needs for the tool. Excellent customer service and strong DAM tool
Canto is a strong option for a marketing team's DAM, built on client feedback and with ongoing improvements. The customer service has been excellent, and the Canto team is fantastic to work with. The software itself allows for a large amount of customization and is relatively simple for the end user.

Two Thumbs up for Canto!
Two Thumbs up for Canto!My favorite thing about Canto is it's ease of use. It reminds me of iTunes a bit, there are several ways to search for assets which make it very easy for users to locate assets. I come from a background of keywords and tags and appreciate the way it is laid out in Canto and as an administrator I also love the reporting aspect, specifically the metadata activity metrics. The best bang for your buck if starting out
Canto was not the most powerful, technically advanced, or the most feature-rich, but for someone starting out in using a DAM for the first time it's a brilliant solution - has a very strong feature set for first timers, a very intuitive and easy-to-use interface, some very powerful technical integrations, responsive support, excellent tagging / sharing / user management capabilities... but the real killer are 1) how fast and easy it is to get set up and running, and a very competitive (and ...

Great tool, I highly recommend this product
We've been Canto customers for almost a year. The shining star of the entire show is the Customer Service. A++++My only difficulty has been struggling - as a one-person shop - with uploading image files with our weak broadband capacity. We have tested it on a select group of clients but our full launch has been stalled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. SO our issues are internal ones and have nothing to do with this great tool.

The data asset management you deserve
What do you like best? - User administrating - Statistics about the data (now we can also use different pictures in the whole company and see directly which one we use the most) - Sharing function for the press, doctors and employees - Cropping function - different versions of the data - folder upload of data What do you dislike? -missing cms function (f.e. typo3) for a directly connecting. Impressed with Canto
What do you like best? We have been using Canto Flight as our Data Asset Management system for the past 6 months or so. Overall, we are very pleased with it. It is easy to use and understand, and has a lot of great features. What do you dislike? I'm not super excited about the way its lightbox feature works and I don't like how limited my user base and storage amount is for the fee we pay each month, so those are some limitations. Great Asset Management System
What do you like best? Canto makes it easy to upload files and create metatags quickly to make your files search friendly. Sharing single files or entire folders is quick and easy. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve to navigating the system once you have hundreds of folders and files uploaded. I wish there was a way to color code the folders instead of everything being black and white. It would make it easier to keep track of the current folder you are in. ...
