Great platform that should be implemented by all companies

What do you like best? I love this platform - user friendly, great customer service, highly customizable, and provided much organization for our company. It's also a great and easy way to share materials with external users without there being any security issues. What do you dislike? There are no downsides at the moment, love it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Portals are your friend. Learn about them and use them.

Canto has exceeded my expectations

What do you like best? It's so easy to use and has so many functionalities. It's just so easy to customize. Implementation was easy as well. We use it to share files and to organize all our company photos and videos. We were using our share drive before and that just wasn't working. The load time was forever and the files where not secure so people could delete things whenever they wanted. Not ideal. On the marketing side, it was impossible to look through our photos quickly to get one in ...

Good idea, confusing UI and confusing settings

What do you like best? I like the folder structure of organizing your assets. It's familiar if you are use to a file system. I really like the Canto uploader for OS X which makes bulk uploads easy. I like that you can brand your DAM to your company so the site looks familiar to new users. The cloud based nature of the service is great for ease of use. The system allows uploading and organization of images, video, powerpoints, PDFs, audio files and more. I love that you can invite non user ...

So great for organizing our Photo Library

Overall we love Canto as an organization. It makes my job so much easier than if I just had to search through hard drives and remember where everything was like I used to. I Love the ability to keyword and tag all of our photography, then search through thousands of photos quickly and easily. Also the ability to select a few photos and make a link to just those photos that I can send to people is something I use almost every day. The new facial recognition also works well too.

Canto Has Been an Unexpected Surprise

I was looking for a photo editor that could be used by all of our employees when I stumbled upon Canto. I had never even heard of Digital Asset Management (DAM) but once I read up on it I realized I could solve much bigger issues than just photo editing. I own an architectural firm and keeping important records safe and out of the wrong hands has been something we have been struggling with for decades. DAM solves it all and there is no better product in my opinion than Canto. The amount of ...

Canto DAM

What do you like best? The DAM is easy to setup and manage. The user portal is fast with a responsive layout. I reviewed and tested a bunch of DAM solutions before recommending Canto for our company. We built a custom integration with our storefront and Canto makes it easy to add and organize the images. What do you dislike? I wish the email notification would allow more branding/customization. It would also be nice to see how much space was used for specific folders. I would like to ...
