Canto is a great Digital Asset Management System, point-blank. It made bringing thousands of digital assets from many different places and people simple and it gave us the power to share and organize these assets like never before.

Very helpful, but takes a long time to get going

Canto is very helpful. Our team has a lot of assets including multiple video series, blogs, and photo campaigns. Before Canto, If you weren't familiar with our folder structure and in it often, it was very hard to find the asset you were looking for. Now we're able to add tags, include folders and albums, and keywords to each asset. The search function in Canto has helped a lot. What do you like best? We have numerous employees in multiple locations that can easily access the needed image files seamlessly. This software makes organizing and tagging thousands photos so ridiculously easy. Everything is easily organized and accessible to your team internally but it's also so easy to share files and photos externally with easy link creation and download options.

What do you like best? Canto was very simple to understand and operate from the start. There are lots of tooltips that are there to help whenever you aren't sure what something does or how to use a feature. What do you like best? Amazing costumer service. Every team member appears to put in the work to make sure you are set up and satisfied with the product. Canto has an incredibly well organized user interface. Ease of search features from user end- ease of tag features from Admin end. What do you dislike? It is a very hefty price tag.
