There are lots of tooltips that are there to help whenever you aren't sure what something does or how to use a feature. What do you like best? I love how easy Canto makes it to share and distribute albums to my clients. A process that used to take me hours, now only takes me a few minutes once my photographer delivers the pictures. What do you dislike? What do you like best? One of the main things we like about Canto is the ability to tag, share, and organize all of our digital assets in a user-friendly interface. this product is easy to use and one of the best features is the keyword and tag search usability. the integration took a bit of time because we had a large database of files to tag and upload, but now the organization of said assets is systemized and clearly defined going forward. Amazing costumer service

Amazing costumer service. Every team member appears to put in the work to make sure you are set up and satisfied with the product. Canto has an incredibly well organized user interface. Ease of search features from user end- ease of tag features from Admin end.

Work Smarter Not Harder - Such a Timesaver!

What do you like best? This software makes organizing and tagging thousands photos so ridiculously easy. Everything is easily organized and accessible to your team internally but it's also so easy to share files and photos externally with easy link creation and download options. What do you dislike? An Invaluable Resource for our Organization

Canto has been an incredible resource for managing our huge library of digital assets. We are more organized than ever, and the ease of use for our clients and suppliers has been fantastic. We love how Canto works on all internet platforms, shows a thumbnail preview of almost all file types (.eps, .ai, .pdf, etc) for easy recognition, is easy to use for all of our users, and the customer service is quick to respond and find a solution for any and all issues.

Canto has streamlined our photography process. We capture thousands of photos during an event and to have a searchable platform that a multitude of users can access has helped speed our process and simplify our workflow.

Switching to Canto has made a big difference from our side and the customer side.

In the past we'd used a system that our customers struggled to use, we were spending hours each week answering emails or talking to people on the phone, trying to talk them through how to login, how to find images or work out why they weren't finding an image that we knew was there. It wasn't easy to find the right DAM to manage our pictures. Canto was easy to set up and it is for nearly everybody self-explanatory. It convinced us with its role & rights concept, good thumbnails, support for nearly every datatype and an understandable metadata-management. The option to set up portals helps us to spread our media to different target groups.
