Canto is an amazing platform that gives us more time back in our days!

What do you like best? We love that Canto makes it so easy to keyword, tag, and describe each photo we own to make it easier for us to find them in the future. The facial recognition is an amazing feature for Canto. What do you dislike? We have found it challenging to find time to upload the photos and add the tags, so we have a volunteer coming in to help us with this. It is a lot of initial work to set up Canto but it is definitely worth it! What problems are you solving with the ...

Very helpful!

What do you like best? I like being able to find photos and files quickly. What do you dislike? I dislike that it doesn't work on internet explorer like it should. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everyone on our team has access to our creative files. This eliminates a lot of requests for me to find and send items.

Great search

What do you like best? Search greatly helps me find the content I'm looking for quickly. I like that I can save my own collections for future reference quickly. What do you dislike? We have so much content that I feel our team needed to spend quite a bit of time uploading and tagging documents. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everyone in our organization knows where to go for creative assets. We've consolidated the places where ...

Saved countless hours searching.

What do you like best? The upload link has allowed us to require photographers to apply their metadata before uploading. This saves us many hours tagging images ourselves and allows users to search for specific images quickly. Having custom landing pages for partners has allowed our partnership team to share media quickly. What do you dislike? While viewing all photos while scrolling several pages down, you are sent back to the top of the list after viewing a specific image. ...

Easy to use, great for

This is an easy-to-navigate platform that, when tagging systems are used, images can be found and viewed with ease. Some of the functionality is glitchy, but overall this is a great product.

User Friendly

What do you like best? Canto is an easy-to-use platform that, when tagging is implemented, has a really valuable search function. What do you dislike? Some of Canto's functionality is glitchy and produces undesired results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems Solved - We have a lot of internal clients who need to view and review photos. Because of the nature of the interface, Canto allows our clients to scan through many ...

What do you like best? I really enjoy Flight's user interface the best. It has been extremely easy for all employees in our company to quickly learn the ins and outs in a short period of time. I have received many compliments from employees spread across various departments about how much they enjoy Flight and how easy it is to use. This has greatly increased productivity of our marketing department by allowing other employees easy access to our assets. I also love the tagging feature! ...

Good, but a bit slow.

What do you like best? I like the customization the best, and appreciate the ability to search with tags. What do you dislike? Upload and download speeds are significantly slower than G Drive. Recommendations to others considering the product: This was the best bang for our buck when looking for an asset manager that could take us away from G Drive and deliver a categorized and tag-based asset management systems. One thing to consider would be the download and upload speeds, and ...

Very helpful, but a lot of work upfront

What do you like best? The most helpful feature of Canto is its searchability. You're able to put assets in folders along with adding tags and keywords. This way, anyone is able to find assets even if they aren't familiar with your folder structure. What do you dislike? The hardest part of Canto is putting all the assets in it, to begin with. It's a long process adding assets and tagging them. Once you have all your current assets in Canto, it's still a pain to put new ones in. ...
