"Canix has made my days MUCH easier"

What do you like best about Canix? Canix makes sales orders and inventory checks, and reports much more accessible than our previous system What do you dislike about Canix? Sometimes the amount of time it takes Canix and Metrc to communicate is frustrating. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales orders and inventory reports are much more accessible than in our previous system. It is much more user friendly.

"Very user friendly and the support staff is amazing to work with!"

What do you like best about Canix? It easily integrates into Metrc and has helped mitigate a lot of user errors that our team was creating with Metrc! It is very straightforward and easy to follow! What do you dislike about Canix? We are still working through some software glitches with our facility, which is to be expected when learning new software. What do you like best about Canix? Splitting packages and creating new items and strains is quick and easy. What do you dislike about Canix? Task management hasn't been available since we started using it, which was a requirement we had when looking into seed-to-sale software. Sometimes a package in Metrc will not appear on Canix even after refreshing the Metrc data. We have contacted Canix about several bugs but haven't received much feedback.
