What do you like best about Canix? I love how tailored the software is into integrating with METRC. It makes alot of the overly complex, and painful tasks in METRC, smoother, faster, and easier for everyone who uses it. What do you like best about Canix? Canix is a very user friendly and they make it easy ti navigate on the website. What do you dislike about Canix? When inputting clone batches, i have had problems in the past with them uploading into metrc. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you? fixed some of the errors in clone batches

What do you like best about Canix? Uploading harvests is super easy, and making kills. What do you dislike about Canix? The integration with metrc needs more work. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you? Canix solved the issue of saving selections from screen to screen and thats nice.

What do you like best about Canix? They allow us to accurately communicate between post harvest and sales. What do you dislike about Canix? It has a steep learning curve and it is only as good as the data that you put into it. It is crucial to train your entire team. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps our sales team to accurately sell through inventory faster and it helps our post harvest team plan, schedule and measure output.

Their awful customer support model... calling in and having to leave a voicemail that gets returned hours later is simply unacceptable. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you? Canix helped me manage my cultivation efficiently and effectively.

I haven't explored the inventory reporting functions very much yet, but I have noted that my clients often show a negative balance of certain products. What do you like best about Canix? Canix stays up to date with latest compliance regulations and API's. You can actually do everything in canix and not have to go in metrc rarely. The worst issues would be the API communication with METRC, typically it's not the API's fault. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?
