"Well organized and easy to use."

What do you like best about Canix? The constant additions of implemented third-party tools. This adds to the usefulness of Canix. Being able to go to one application instead of multiple helps with managing everything. What do you dislike about Canix? My only complaints are that some of the tools to go into detail on inventory are limited. Giving more freedom to add specific columns for an item for any company would be helpful. What do you like best about Canix? Quick turnaround time, quick response time, the customer service engagement is top of the knotch. What do you dislike about Canix? Sometimes not always I have to submit follow-up emails since no updates are provided, but other than that they are always on it. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you? They assist with all and every type of batch & harvest edits - deleting packages - systems errors and troubleshooting the application.

What do you like best about Canix? Canix has amazing features that make my work easier, killing plants, creating harvests, creating invoices, printing labels. What do you dislike about Canix? Sometimes it stays loading for too long, and it freezes. It doesn't refresh right away or syns with METRC. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it easy to harvest a lot of plants at once and kill plants as a whole instead of individually.

Being able to set up Canix views to facilitate the work I need to perform speeds my day to day up and simplifies data entry. I also like the detailed views option per batch; allowing me to see a full history of each batch, add testing data, and set up customized label prints using the data therein allows less room for error in our process. What do you like best about Canix? We've been using Canix for a few years now and if there is an issue it is resolved quickly and they have worked with us to help make the system more functional for our operations. What do you dislike about Canix? Some downtime but nothing they haven't fixed within a reasonable time frame. What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping multiple grows in multiple locations along with our distribution in sync.
