They came through with flying colors!!

I wasn't quite ready to sign up, but I did. And as a result I had a rather large blip, with the company, and my expectations were that they would leave me hanging. Not so!!!! With the help of James, they researched my issue and took care of the problem. If it had been another company, I believe I would have been out many hundreds of dollars. I will not hessitate to come ( back) in board as soon as I am ready. They came through with flying colors!!!!

What do you like best about CallTools? You can easily navigate and set it up according to your preferences. What do you dislike about CallTools? Some options are not available for manager access. Recommendations to others considering CallTools: It's a great tool to use! What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? "Scam Likely" on the lead's phone screen when we are calling. Some workarounds are available to do the work more conveniently.

What do you like best about CallTools? Sarah was super patient w me and super helpful. Took extra steps to show me how to solve the problem I was having and I was super satisfied w the help she provided What do you dislike about CallTools? Nothing. Great Cust Service call. Very impressed What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Understanding how to successfully recycle a campaign. I was missing a step or two and now understand how to do it
