Five Star Account Setup with my Call Tools Account Manager (James) and even more important is that you WILL get FIVE STAR support from Call Tools Support after your account is set up. Phenomenal Service
Every time I reach out for any sort of assistance the experience is pleasant and efficient. I thoroughly recommend working with calltools. From tech support to my sales specialist, my needs are always exceeded. Working with Shawnie Clark, my sales specialist has been an absolute pleasure. Rarely do I ever have to call in to make changes. Calltools has been a great platform for our team to engage with our prospects. The dialer has tons of great features and the team works their wonders to ensure anything we need customize is handled with a quick turnaround. This is a great tool for having our employees work remote and our manager to have a pulse on the teams effort.

Good Product and Even Better Customer Service
My experience with Calltools has been nothing but stellar. The tool itself fits all my needs and then some. My account Manger Ashley Huggins has been a dream to work with threw out my time with calltools. She always quick to respond when I have questions and is willing to hop on a call when a email won’t suffice. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service. Would recommend calltools to anyone in need of a good dialer and quality customer service
