I was a prior Hosted Number client

I was a prior Hosted Number client. I was reluctant to change all of my businesses accounts and worried about learning a new system. I can not tell you how happy I am I made the change to Callrail. They are the standard by which call monitoring system excellence should be measured. The recordings are clear and play immediately when you click on them and you can very easily navigate through the site. I can not say enough how much I enjoy utilizing their system.

I think the mobile app has become a lot …

I think the mobile app has become a lot better. You've incorporated feedback that I had a while back (introducing text messaging to the mobile app). Now I need to figure out how to get the notifications to work... for some reason I need to re-load the text screen to get new messages. Anyway, that's all for now. Great tool.
