What do you like best? Simplicity, ease of use, clean interface, integration with different mail clients. What do you dislike? For some reason, when people cancel a meeting scheduled from Calendly, the meeting remains on my calendar. The only update is to the availability of the other person. What do you like best? I love the integration in my schedule and the possibility to send links to my friends to make an appointment. It is also simple to setup and I love the ability to personalize my availability and location. What do you like best? Everything! This tool has been an extreme time saver! It has eliminated the crazy and frustrating back and forth when trying to book time on my busy calendar. I create various types of calls and then send the link to the appropriate folks to schedule and they are labeled perfectly on my calendar so I know what the meeting is for! Great platform for people who manage multi-calendars; really helps alleviate double booking!

What do you like best? Integration of multiple calendars is the largest benefit for me and the ability to brand with my logo. What do you dislike? Good for scheduling back and forth when organising meetings with lots of people.

What do you like best? It syncs to your calendar so you can pull in your current activity and that blocks out your calendar automatically. What do you dislike? You have to make sure that the calendar you are using to synchronise the events across is kept up to date and busy. Also if your calendar is very empty, your availability is very open and looks a bit bad on you! So make sure you block things out duly. I've been using the free Basic plan and even with its limited set of features, it has been a nice tool to have at my disposal. Before Calendly, it could take up to five or six emails for me and my client to decide on the time for an interview that suited both sides. Now I can just send my personal Calendly link to a client and all they have to do is choose the time slot in my schedule that works best for them. And when someone books a slot, I get an instant notification so that I won't miss ...
