Great for scheduling meetings
What do you like best? This is a very simple and inexpensive way to automate meeting scheduling. I use this and integrate it with my conferencing line through Zoom. What do you dislike? I'm confused about whether or not this can automatically set up a meeting on my calendar. Otherwise Calendly really is great. Recommendations to others considering the product: Really good simple, used it for marketing campaign on linkedin. I would suggest putting your link on your ...

Excellent and good thought out system
What do you like best? Calendly has exactly the right feature set for my use. I looks like the product engineers did a good job about researching the customers needs. In addition, the system is stable. We did not experiense bugs or service disruptions. What do you dislike? There were some minor usability issues. But those are not even worth mentioning. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Registering people to a Webinar that we ...

Calendly Absolutely Sucks
Calendly Absolutely Sucks. Please Read.Unlike other popular scheduling/appointment apps, Calendly doesn't send proper email notifications. They ask you to integrate with Zapier bla bal bla. I have a busy schedule and I have missed 40% of my meetings because a) no email notification b) no SMS notification They suck!

Simplifies the back and forth of setting up meetings/ calls
What do you like best? Calendly is excellent at showing my availability in an easy to schedule format. I interface with different customers on different time zones. Scheduling, asking about availability, and emailing back and forth is time consuming and dizzying. With Calendly I can simply show others which time slots are available and they can choose an available time that works best for them. What do you dislike? Less so part of the software but its reception to others. I've ...

Useful and reliable
What do you like best? I created a link for folks to schedule a call with me, added to my email signature and created a snippet on TextExpander to include in text messages. I use it all the time. What do you dislike? The only issue I have is I will forget to block off some of the unavailable hours in my calendar so that's not really a fault of the program - just something to watch for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It ...

Calendly Rocks
What do you like best? This app saves me so much time. I no longer need to go back and forth sharing my availability with clients AND the best part is they get real time access to my availability. No holding dates for waiting for them to respond. I sell my time so this to is perfect for me. I also love that it automatically integrates with Zoom. One step scheduling AND you can program it to send auto reminders. What do you dislike? Nothing. I love this app! Note: you do ...

Calendly
What do you like best? Very user friendly. Scheduling was one of my least favorite task, and this has taken all the back and forth out of the equation! What do you dislike? Having to go in and add the conferencing, and updating the title each time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves a lot of time and unnecessary back and forth with the customer to solidify a meeting time.

Great and easy scheduling
What do you like best? Literally no customer ever had issues or problems with this service and we've had thousands of bookings. It's easy to maintain and requested features are regularly added. The support is quite helpful and responds promptly. What do you dislike? Information about new features could be communicated better and scheduling complex shiftplans is sometimes an issue. You have to keep quite attentive during the insertion of the shifts, otherwise mistakes might happen. ...
