What I love about this tool is how simple it is to access and its seamless integration with Google calendar. This makes client scheduling really easy to do without dealing with any fuss. Free version fits the bill!

What do you like best? Calendly is very intuitive and user-friendly. I especially like the automatic conversion from scheduler time-zone to my time-zone. What do you dislike? There is really nothing I dislike about Calendly. I plan to upgrade soon from the free version for even more customization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowing prospects to schedule a free telephone consultation really helps to streamline my sales process.

Great platform for easier bookings

What do you like best? Setting up different event types for the various kinds (and lengths) of meetings, with different question-forms (to make sure we're getting the needed info) has been a huge win for my team. For individuals, it's great... but the the ability to aggregate several team members into a shared calendar is incredible. Great way to schedule meetings and interviews!

What do you like best? Calendly is easy to use and is a great free service that is available to anyone! I love that I can integrate it with my Microsoft outlook software so when meetings are scheduled they are directly set up on my calendar. Also, calendly updates in real-time so if one person blocks out a time it will instantly lockout anyone else trying to select the time.
