POOR Customer Service
I agree with the most recent reviews. The product is great the customer service is non-existent. I cancelled my account as I was switching companies. They claimed they refunded me the money and sent me a receipt- however the receipt was fraudulent. The refund was returned to a Visa card and I only own AMEX. When I contacted them about this, it took days to get a response. They stood firm on the fact that they returned my money even after they acknowledged there was an AMEX on my account. As ...

Saves a lot of time with scheduling emails
What do you like best? That it's so easy to have a link that I can send. What do you dislike? The source/medium tracking into Google Analytics can be better. Everything is "calendly/direct" as the source which isn't helpful if you're using calendly and running advertising to a page that includes a calendly experience. Great to have for client-facing teams and get teams to begin calendar blocking for productivity

Calendly is my new best friend!
What do you like best? Calendly helps me stay organised, quickly schedule calls and be overall more efficient and productive. What do you dislike? wish it integrated with Zoom, currently using zapier for this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Calendly has reduced the time it takes to schedule a meeting, eliminating on average 3-4 emails to sync diaries.

Amazing time saver
What do you like best? Super easy for internal & external stakeholders to book time with me whenever works for them. I do lots of conversational coaching on an as-needed basis. Calendly lets me keep these conversations to defined periods of my schedule easily. This works for me because I'm not interrupted, and works for those I coach because they can still easily select their preference. What do you dislike? The sign in from 365 can get clunky. Calendly works! Really well...
What do you like best? I can create specific events with clear definitions of time, location, availability intervals, etc. It really allows me to fit the work I need to do with the rest of my schedule. It's also easier for the end user, so it's a win win. What do you dislike? I haven't found too many downsides yet. Best online calendar app available
What do you like best? Easy/intuitive to setup and use. Ability to easily copy link and send to clients, include in email templates and adjust time settings/days per type of invite. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike ..................... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
