Great simple to use tool
What do you like best? Its intuitive interface and tools and ability to export easily. What do you dislike? Can be a little slow at times and if connection is lost it can lose work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its a great way of creating simple diagrammatic explanations of concepts and processes.

I use Cacoo since 2013 to design my network infrastructure
What do you like best? Cacoo is always available, and produces beautiful diagramms with a good user experience. I use it with my students in IT. What do you dislike? I think Cacoo should be free with no limits for students. During to yers of study we offen What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So many tools in one program!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Cacoo is a great program because I can perform pretty much anything here. I can tap into it if I need to create diagrams such as mind maps, graphs, organizational maps, etc. It's a very versatile tool with a lot of features under its belt.
