Very good

This language learning programme is very good. It has a lot of features that are helpful and useful. The interactive forum where other users can assist you is an excellent feature. I use it in conjunction with other language resources and tools. For the money it is a sold starting point to learn a new language.

I find this way of learning exciting.

To learn a language and actually get to hear the language spoken by people from that country is exciting and a joy to be part of.I am trying to learn Russian language,and this is amazing for me to see the writing.Is there an alphabet available?.Or is the language only taught by learning pronunciation first.Obviously i haven't got far.Still trying to learn the computer so got a ways to go.Fred

Learn a new language in a friendly community with excellent language learning units

On Busuu I have been able to study a new language online, on my schedule. Their basic study units are excellent and cover reading, writing, pronunciation and conversation. I enjoy the Preminum Membership which has offered even more exercises and wonderful back-up resources to me.

love the opportunity to hear dialogue but am very disappointed with the service

i am very disappointed that there is not a human being to communicate with at busuu. i have some questions re how to use the site etc and have requested that someone call but never got an answer. i do not understand instructions and am very frustrated. i paid my fee and think i am entitled to service. pls call me at 404 815 3550 john bailey

The software is buggy

There are many anomalies in the Busuu software. When leaving feedback for other students the text editor doesn't work properly, the enter key doesn't work. The audio is very haphazard, sometimes it doesn't work when pressing the 'play' button. The interface needs an overhaul.

Good site to learn a language -- poor customer service.

I have enjoyed using Busuu to learn a language but customer service is bad. I have issues with certain features not working but no assistance to fix the issue. I tried to cancel the premium service but they renewed and charged me anyway. I am not happy so I will definitely cancel when my time runs out.

Busuu.com is fantastic

I am trying to learn enough Polish to get by. The same with Italian and Spanish. Whenever I visit one of the countries I have all the information on my computer and can practise the phrases and words I am going to need to get by. The advantage of learning online is that you can do it in your own time and that it is available whenever you need it. Sometimes I have long spells where I just do not have the time to practise, but it is always there when needed.

Not terribly happy with the site!

I don't like the new format that Busuu.com has adopted. For me, it is not "user friendly"! I have had to search for information and, sometimes, even this search hasn't resolved this issue. I signed on for two more years earlier this year. Just after that, you changed the site and, now, I regret signing on. I will be utilizing Busuu. com until my subscription finishes but, if I am still not happy with the site, I will, probably, re-think my subscription.
